I started working as a nurse with a hope to increase people’s standard of living and help unhealthy people become healthy. Through my time as a personal trainer, I realized fitness and nutrition was the foundation of living a healthy life.
Now, I have my true purpose of not only increasing people’s health with fitness and nutrition, but also helping people feel strong, gain confidence and simply love who they are!
